Had a fantastic xmas holiday at this hotel. Loved skiing so easily accessible from our apartment. the ski box was so convenient, and it had electric sockets and work tables where we could service our skis. we had a parking space allocated for our vehicle, which we appreciated.
The WiFi was not accessible from our room, and the signal was weak even in the WiFi room. the queue for check-in was lengthy, which we found frustrating.

Lack of amenities such as a kettle, microwave, and dishwasher, which would have added convenience to the stay. Inconvenient check-in process at a different location, causing unnecessary travel time and inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our ski trip. We were able to access the ski lifts easily, as they were just down the hill from the hotel. Being so close to the cable car made it easy for us to get to the slopes quickly and start our day of skiing. the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided good service and were helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with a variety of options to choose from. the view from our room was breathtaking, with picturesque mountains surrounding us.
The parking situation was not ideal. It was cramped and unsafe, with very little space between cars and concrete pillars.
